All of our orders are fulfilled through our retail locations and are processed on a first come, first served basis. The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed in the checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you reach the checkout or received by the store. You will be notified immediately if this situation happens.


All domestic and international orders will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipment has been dispatched.

Should you decide to refuse any shipments from VC Boutique, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.


International orders once reaching their destination may be subject to some customs clearance procedures. The customer is responsible for import duties and taxes on their international order. Should you have any issues or concerns, please contact your local customs agent for additional information. Additionally, we cannot accept international orders whose billing and shipping information do not match for security purposes. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

We currently cannot accept returns for international sales. All international sales are FINAL.


We work hard to curate the collection featured both in our stores and online and we hope you find everything you are looking for and more. We stand behind the products we offer and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.


Once your order has been processed, we will email you with shipment tracking information. We gladly accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Email us at with the reason for the return/exchange and you will be issued a RA#. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges we will deducted the shipping charges from the credit amount. As soon as we are notified of the return you will be sent a shipping label so you can easily return the Item(s) all packages must be postmarked within 3 days of when the RA# is issued.


In order to be eligible for return, items must be returned with the original sales receipt, and in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Some items ship with an additional attached return tag. Merchandise returned without the original return tag attached may not qualify for a refund. Footwear must include the original shoe box, in its original condition. (You may NOT use the original shoe boxes to ship footwear. Shoes and their original shoe boxes must be shipped within a larger box.) If any of these requirements are not met, we are not able to process your return, and the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Should your item(s) have a defect or damage, you must email us at within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Items ordered with Free Shipping are still eligible for a refund, less the actual cost of shipping.

All sales are FINAL on sale merchandise.


SHOES- Always try on shoes on carpet, as shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation, therefore, shoes must be returned in their original box, free of damages and shipping labels.

SWIMWEAR & LINGERIE- Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective slip.

TOPS & DRESSES- Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.


All of our orders are fulfilled through our retail locations and are processed on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, if you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase to ensure that we have it in stock. Upon receipt of your return, we will process the return and issue a credit for the newly selected merchandise. We will then ship your exchange and notify you via email.

As an additional convenience for our local customers, we are happy to process returns or exchanges for your online purchase at our flagship Grandview store. Any return or exchange will be given in compliance with our current online return policy.

The current owner, Holli Myers, started her retail career while in college at Auburn University. After a couple of summers with an Abercrombie & Fitch flagship store in Atlanta, she headed back home to West Virginia to finish her Bachelor's degree at Marshall University, majoring in English and continued her retail work at local boutique, Bliss. 

Once she completed her Bachelor's degree, Holli took on a Store Manager position at Village Collection. She was mentored by the owner, Vicki Rosenberg, over the 8 years she was employed before she officially bought Village Collection in 2016.

After 2 years of ownership, Holli decided to give the business a refresh by changing the name to VC Boutique as a nod to the past & the future. Holli's focus for VC Boutique was to better curate the shop to offer quality, well thought out brands that women will keep in their closets years to come.

VC stocks current trends with a focus on longevity & style.We offer an array of styles for women of all ages. VC is your one stop shop for being stylish & unique. 

In addition to the boutique, Holli has a passion for her local community & with yearly charity fashion shows, she has raised over $50,000 for various organizations. 

Holli lives in Huntington, WV with her husband, Nathan & their son, Rhett as well as the furry family, Coco, Luci & Milly. 

We have served the Tri-State area of WV, KY & OH for over 45 years. Originated in 1976 as Village Collection & changed, under new ownership, to VC Boutique in 2016.
